All orders placed by 2 p.m. Pacific Standard Time, Monday thru Friday, are shipped the same day. Weekend orders are shipped on Monday.

You are purchasing from the physician listing their web site. DermTeam, Inc. is the processing, fulfillment center, and the online store developer for this physician. Every order will be processed and listed on your credit card statement as Dermteam, Inc. Please make note of this when making your purchase.

The types of personal information collected are: name, billing address, email address, phone number, credit/debit card information and shipping address. We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order. The above information is kept on a secure file server for ease in re-ordering and for verification reasons.

We will never use your e-mail address for anything other than promoting specials or to contact you regarding a current order. Your phone number is also used to contact you regarding a current order. Both of which you can opt-out at any time by calling us at 866-478-9337 or emailing us at service@dermteam.com. Our sites collect cookies to remember your billing information when ordering online. You may enter your account information with your email and password to opt to not have this information saved at any time.

Telephone based support is available toll free at 866-478-9337 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific Standard Time, Monday thru Friday. Voicemail left after hours will be responded to within 24 hours or less on weekdays and 48 hours or less on weekends.
